I started my day by meeting Ever, one of the mermaids from work, at the front of Magic Kingdom. I had to drop my work things off in our break room for my shift tonight, so came in from the back of the park.
On my way through i stopped at Gaston's and got a cinnamon roll- I knew it would be the last one I would have while here.

I got to the front of the park well before Ever, so I sat down in one of the rocking chairs outside Town Square Theatre and people watched.
Our aim of the day was to pin trade. We weren't here to ride rides or anything, just to pin trade. Ever buys pins online like I did, so we both had a few we were keen to switch.
We traded right along Main St, down through Adventureland, and also through Frontierland.
We stopped in Liberty Square to watch the Festival of Fantasy parade. I took hundreds of photos, but all on my proper camera- you know the deal!
One of the details I noticed this time which I hadn't previously was the horse Maximus on the Tangled float.

We traded our way through Fantasyland and up to Philarmagic where we bumped into some friends who were working. We went in and watched Philarmagic, one of my faves! We then were lucky enough to go and see Anna and Elsa! Ever hadn't seen them before so it was very exciting for her.
We traded out way through New Fantasyland, and this is where one of my favourite trades happened. There was another guest who had a Thumper pin which I was admiring, and another pin which Ever was admiring. This guest then traded with each of us, even though I don't think she particularly wanted the pins we had to offer. It was amazing! My Thumper pin was my favourite of the day by far.
We then decided it was a good idea for us to go on our ride. Hello Ariel.
We both sang our way around the ride, and I took a boat load of pictures.

We traded through Circus and Tomorrowland before heading back along Main St. I said bye to Ever before getting the train around the park back to work. I was there just in time to get changed and clock in
My shift was 6.30-1am. It was to be my last lost and found at Magic Kingdom (unless they extend me for some outrageous reason next week).
The start of my shift was fantastic. I haven't been so happy at work for a few weeks, and I think it was because I had had a lovely afternoon, and the guests were so friendly and happy.
As the night got later, the guests became more tired and difficult. However I had a great shift overall. No specific nuisances to report (hooray!).
But we did have an intrusion in the last 10 minutes of being open- this was most peculiar, this has never happened while I have been here.
And we also had a family come through at about 11.57 thinking our ride was the Mine Train. They turned around quickly when we pointed out it wasn't- I hope they made it over there in time to join the line.
It was only Andre and I on lost and found as the other person had been given an ER. We did the normal collection from each area of our end of the park, and then took it up. On our way back we bumped into a manager who was bringing back another stroller load of stuff. I have no idea where it came from. We offered to take it the rest of the way but he said it was fine. So back we went to clock out.
